Firm Partners

Senior Partner, J.D. Redfield is a graduate of Nacogdoches High School and Stephen F Austin State University. He worked for a large public accounting firm in Houston for three years before deciding his hometown was “not so bad after all” and joined his Dad’s accounting practice – becoming a third generation Redfield CPA in Nacogdoches. After his father’s retirement, he joined forces with Ken Rogers and Associates. That firm survives today as Redfield, Miller and White, LLP.

J. D. has been a Certified Public Accountant for 37 years and specializes in tax, dealing with all aspects of Individual, Partnership and Corporate tax. He finds great pride and joy in still working with clients that started with his Grandfather 60+ years ago.

J. D. is a member of the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his wife Jana and daughters Carley and Cori, as well as, his best friend – dog Bleu. He has been a commercial pilot for 34 years and enjoys flying to fun places with family and friends, as well as, riding his motorcycle around the western U.S.

Nathan Miller is a Certified Public Accountant and partner at Redfield, Miller & White, LLP. He has been with the firm since 2019 and specializes in individual, business, trust, and estate taxation. Nathan serves clients across multiple specialties and is able to offer expertise on a wide range of industries.

Nathan was born and raised in Magnolia, Texas. After graduating high school, he originally began his professional career as a Registered Nurse with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. After ten years in the medical field, he decided to make a change in career path over to accounting. Nathan obtained a Master of Professional Accountancy from Stephen F. Austin State University, graduating Magna Cum Laude.

Nathan has lived in Nacogdoches since 2014 with his wife and two children. They attend Nacogdoches Gospel Assembly where he is a leader in the music ministry. With a passion for aviation, Nathan is a licensed pilot and enjoys flying with family and friends whenever possible. He also volunteers his time as a coach for the Douglass Little Dribblers association. He is a member of the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Clint White is a Certified Public Accountant and partner at Redfield, Miller & White, LLP. He began his career as an intern of the firm in 2008, and quickly worked his way up to making partner in 2014. His experience and expertise in individual and business taxation, accounting and business services, and tax planning have made him an invaluable asset to both our team and our clients.

Clint is a Nacogdoches native and attended Douglass I.S.D. where he was valedictorian of his graduating class of 2004. After graduating high school, he went on to pursue higher education at Stephen F. Austin State University and obtained his Bachelor of Business Administration in 2007, graduating cum laude, and a Masters of Professional Accountancy in 2009. After graduation, Clint went on to obtain his CPA license in 2011. He is also a proud alumnus of the 2012-2013 Leadership Nacogdoches class.

Clint and his family attend Nacogdoches Gospel Assembly where he holds a leadership position in the music department. He also extends his passion for sports by serving as the treasurer of the Douglass Youth Basketball Association and coaches several teams during the fall and summer seasons. Clint is a proud member of the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Clint is also a member of Beta Alpha Psi – an Honors Organization for Financial Information Professionals, and Beta Gamma Sigma – a business honor society.

Clint is married to his childhood friend and college sweetheart – Tonya. Together, they have four beautiful children who are their pride and joy – Eli, Emma, Emmett & Ella. Clint loves to spend time with his family and jumps at any opportunity to travel together and enjoy new experiences as a family.
